We’re thrilled to bring you the third installment to our 31 Days Series (you can check out the first one here and the second one here). We felt inspired to devote this month’s roundup to one of our most faithful kitchen staples — the timeless chicken dinner.
When we’re coming up empty for inspiration in the kitchen, or caught in a whirlwind week, we can pretty much always count on there being chicken in the fridge or freezer—or making it an easy pick-up at the grocery store. It’s lean, it’s versatile, and we can’t seem to get through a whole week without it showing up on the menu at least once.
The recipes curated here are all easy, healthy, and time-friendly, and many are made in one pot, skillet, or sheet pan—dishes are our nemesis, simplicity is our friend.
